Longer Review: Though it is nothing special in terms of gameplay nor does it offer anything aside from local versus, it's only an "okay" game at best. It offers an hour or so of entertainment and with local versus it adds a bit more fun playing against someone else. I did have a few issues with this game The controls were pretty clunky, It was also difficult figuring out the button mapping because there is no layout or instructions You can always look up a guide though.
But overall, as it is, it's still pretty cool playing an Ultraman game without having to import from Japan and for the price I really can't complain. The only redeeming quality of this game is being able to play your favorite Ultra characters in a game that feels like the first release of Mortal Kombat back in the 90's.
The developers raised the bar high on the challenge of letting the user figure out how to start a game and how to win a match. Let's say that you will bang your head against the wall a lot. Even in "easy" mode, it's very difficult to defeat the bad guy, not to mention it's nearly impossible to figure out how to use the combination attacks, since there are no instructions. But it's fun to see the Ultras and the monsters moving around.
